1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to Pro Squad Prints. By accessing our website, placing an order, or uploading files to our platform, you (the "Customer," representing yourself, a sporting club, or a team) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. User Obligations & Image Consent

Due to the personalized nature of our products, which feature images and names of minors, strict consent rules apply. By uploading images, logos, and personal information (including names), the Customer warrants and guarantees that they have obtained explicit, written consent from the legal guardian of each child to use their image and name for the creation of printed sports cards.

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Pro Squad Prints against any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from a lack of proper consent for the uploaded material.

3. Proofing, Approvals, and Liability for Errors

The Process: Prior to printing, Pro Squad Prints will provide a digital final proof (PDF format) to the Customer for review. A copy will also be supplied to the submitting Coach or Club Administrator for visibility.

Customer Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to review the PDF proof for typographical errors (e.g., misspelled names), image placement, and overall accuracy. Any internal approvals required between the Club and its Coaches are the responsibility of the Customer.

Sign-Off: Orders will not proceed to print until explicit approval of the digital proof is received from the Customer. Once approved, the Customer assumes all liability for any errors or image quality issues present in the approved design. Pro Squad Prints is not liable for reprint costs arising from Customer-approved errors.

4. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to the final approval of the digital artwork. If cancellation occurs after the artwork generation process has commenced, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund to cover design labor.

Returns: Due to the custom, personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind.

Faulty Items: Returns, refunds, or replacements (at our cost) are strictly limited to products with physical manufacturing faults or products that materially deviate from the final approved digital design.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Customer IP: The Customer retains all rights to the club logos, branding, and player images submitted. Pro Squad Prints is granted a limited license to use these assets solely for producing the requested order.

Pro Squad Prints IP: All card templates, graphic designs, background styles, and layouts remain the exclusive property of Pro Squad Prints. Customers may not reproduce, modify, or extract the card designs for use elsewhere.

6. Promotional Use of Products

We respect the privacy of our young athletes. No images containing a child's face or personally identifiable information will be used on the Pro Squad Prints website, social media channels, or as physical promotional samples without a separate, explicit written release signed by the child's legal guardian.
