Registration, Setup & Other Sports
Register your club with us, and we will contact you to walk through the process and share our digital Pro Squad Prints Club Information Pack.
The Club Information Pack is a comprehensive digital PDF containing a range of collateral you can pass on to different stakeholders. It includes digital leaflets for parents and information packs for potential sponsors. Because most engagement happens online today, we supply this digitally so it is easy to email or share via club apps. No physical items are required.
You can choose a Club-funded model (using end-of-season reward fees), a Sponsor-funded model (featuring a local sponsor's logo on the card reverse), or a Parent-funded model. With the Parent-funded model, parents pay the club directly, and the club pays us in one transaction.
We offer a simple bulk invoice process so you do not have to manually add teams to a cart one by one. Once every team's data and photos have been shared via the Player Matrix, we reconcile the data with your pre-confirmed numbers and raise a single itemised invoice.
Yes, bulk discounts are available for clubs ordering for more than 5 squads.
Yes, other sports are coming! Basketball will be launching soon. If you want to enquire ahead of the launch or would like us to work with you on another specific sport, please get in touch and we will gladly support your request.
The Player Matrix, Stats & Design
Coaches use their order reference number as a Club Code when opening our Player Matrix. This lets coaches easily add each player's name, position, archetype, skill tags and photo, and lets us reconcile everything submitted with the correct club and order. These files are submitted directly to our secure product drives.
When a coach submits their team via the Player Matrix, a backup file is automatically saved to their device. If a change is needed, they can simply upload this backup file back into the matrix, edit the individual player's image or details, and resubmit. Alternatively, they can just email the corrected photo directly to us.
If we notice a photo is of poor print quality, we will flag it during the design stage. We will highlight the specific image on your digital PDF proof and ask the coach or club to resupply a clearer version before we go to print.
An “Archetype” defines a player's core playstyle (e.g., Playmaker, Finisher, Defender). Selecting an archetype provides the player with a pre-set, balanced baseline of stats suited to that role. This ensures a fair, positive starting point for every single child, guaranteeing that everyone receives a great-looking card with strong fundamental stats before any customisations are added.
On top of the base Archetype stats, clubs can choose to allocate an additional 20, 25, or 30 stars per player. Coaches use these stars to boost specific areas based on a child's unique skills.
We recommend allocating 20 stars for younger age groups and 25 stars for slightly older groups. Coaches can also use 1 or 2 additional stars as incentives or rewards for training efforts.
Ultimately, the total star allocation is down to club preference, allowing you to guide your coaches on how to apply them.
Yes. Because goalkeepers play a highly specialised role, GK stats are completely unique and tailored specifically to goalkeeping skills, rather than outfield player stats.
Yes, you can choose a front design (either for the whole club or per team) and build a club reverse featuring your crest, colours, and optional sponsor logos. If you want something bespoke, you can also supply your own custom design.
Absolutely. We manually adjust every card for perfection and share digital PDF proofs for your sign-off. Nothing goes to print until you are 100% happy.
Production, Shipping & Delivery
Production typically takes 2 to 7 business days, subject to production capacity at the time. We'll confirm your exact timeframe once your digital artwork proofs have been approved.
We offer Free Standard Delivery Australia-wide on all orders!
If you need your cards in a hurry, we offer Express (1-Day) Delivery for a flat fee: $10.00 for orders of 1 to 4 teams, or $20.00 for orders of 5 or more teams.
Cards are printed to a premium finish on high-quality card stock, gloss laminated on both sides with radius corners.
Every player's squad is collated into sets and packaged in a premium acrylic keepsake case for long-term protection. They arrive ready to hand out for your end-of-season presentation.
