Stage 1
Enquiry & Engagement
Register your club. Tell us about your club and teams. We'll contact you to walk through the process and make sure you have everything you need by sharing our Pro Squad Prints Club Information Pack. It contains everything you need to get started.
We provide content for parents, sponsors and coaches, so everyone knows what they need to do depending on the journey your club chooses.
Stage 2
Funding Model
Fund it your way. Pick what suits your club: Club-funded (from end-of-season reward fees), Sponsor-funded (a local sponsor pays, their logo on the card reverse), or Parent-funded (with fundraising options and bulk-discount tiers). Parents pay the club, the club pays us once.
We offer a simple bulk invoice process, so you don't have to manually upload all your teams one by one through the site. Bulk discounts available for clubs ordering 5 or more squads.
Stage 3
Card Design
Make it yours. Choose your front design (one for the club, or per team) and build your club reverse: crest, colours and optional sponsor logos. Want something bespoke? Supply your own custom design.
We do all the hard work: just pick a style and we build all the designs. Before printing, we share digital PDF proofs for sign-off.
Stage 4
Coach & Player Collection
Coaches build the squad. Using your Club Code, coaches open the Player Matrix to add each player's name, position, archetype, skill tags, star ratings and photo. Fair, simple and quick. This process truly is easy for coaches, and our unique Player Matrix ensures everyone loves their cards. See our Card Anatomy and Player Matrix pages for more information.
Our one-of-a-kind Player Matrix is what makes Pro Squad Prints team sports cards unique. Coaches and players will love it, and you can even use it as an incentive for training drills.
Stage 5
Submission & Payment
Submit & confirm. Each coach submits their team's photos and statistics through the Player Matrix. We reconcile the data with the club's pre-confirmed numbers. Once every team's data and photos have been shared, we'll raise the invoice accordingly.
No manually adding all teams to your cart. We'll send you a simple, single itemised invoice. One clean, easy transaction.
Stage 6
Design Approval & Proofing
We get to work. Every card is designed and manually adjusted for perfection. We turn your data and photos into print-ready artwork. Approve before we print! Nothing goes to print until you're 100% happy!
We get designing quickly. Larger volumes will take longer, particularly around peak end of season, but we will never take longer than 5 business days to get proofs back to you.
Stage 7
Production
Premium, made to last. Your approved cards are printed to a premium finish and collated into sets, every player's squad in one acrylic keepsake case.
All cards are printed on high-quality card stock, gloss laminated on both sides with radius corners. Our acrylic cases are perfect for protecting them long term!
Stage 8
Delivery & Player Presentation
The big reveal. Your packs arrive ready to hand out. Present them to your players and watch the moment land. The ultimate end-of-season keepsake.
