Shipping policy

We know that receiving your team's cards is the highlight of the end-of-season presentation. We work hard to ensure your custom orders are produced perfectly and delivered on time.

1. Production & Processing Times

Because every card is custom-designed and manually adjusted for your club, production does not begin until you have explicitly approved your final digital PDF proofs.

Once your artwork is approved, production takes between 2 to 7 business days. Please note that during peak end-of-season periods, production may lean toward the 7-day mark due to high printing volumes.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Speeds

We deliver Australia-wide. Shipping times apply after the 2–7 business day production period.

• Standard Delivery: Free on all orders.
• Express Delivery (1 to 4 Teams): $10.00 flat rate.
• Express Delivery (5+ Teams): $20.00 flat rate.

Please note: Express Delivery speeds up the transit time via Australia Post, but it does not bypass the standard 2–7 day custom production window.

3. Packaging & Presentation

Your cards are printed on high-quality card stock, gloss laminated, and arrive ready for your presentation. Every player's squad is carefully collated into sets and packaged within a premium acrylic keepsake case to ensure they are protected during transit and beyond.

4. Order Tracking & Insurance

All Pro Squad Prints deliveries are shipped with tracking and insurance for your peace of mind. Once your order has been dispatched from our Altona facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow its journey.

5. Lost or Damaged in Transit

We pack our orders carefully, but if your package is lost by the courier or arrives damaged, you are fully covered. Please email returns@prosquadprints.com.au immediately with your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging. We will manage the insurance claim with Australia Post on your behalf and fast-track a replacement order for your club.
